Deep Lift: strengthening the ground under your foundation, without digging
Through small drill holes we inject an expanding resin into the ground under your foundation. The resin fills voids, compacts the ground and restores the bearing capacity, in 1 to 2 days.
- Injection lances angled under the foundation
- The resin expands and compacts the ground
- A laser measures every millimetre of lift
When to choose it
- Cracks caused by a weak or loosened soil layer just under the foundation
- Subsidence after drought, a leaking sewer or a removed tree
- The weak zone is shallow, down to ± 3.5 m under the foundation
- You want no digging in the garden, driveway or indoors
- A fast solution: usually 1 to 2 working days
How it works
How we work
- 01
Drilling
Through or next to the footing we drill holes of 12 to 16 mm, every 60 to 80 cm.
- 02
Injection
Through injection lances we inject a two-component resin at several depths, down to ± 3.5 m.
- 03
Expansion
The resin expands at once, fills voids, compacts the ground and finds the weakest zones by itself.
- 04
Measurement
As soon as the ground resists, the expansion pushes the foundation up. Our lasers measure it to the millimetre: the bearing capacity is restored.

Project in Callenelle
In 36 hours of non-stop injection we lifted a pedestrian tunnel by 19 cm, without demolishing anything.

How long does the resin keep working?
The resin is inert and does not degrade in the ground. We give a 30-year warranty on the resin.
Is expanding resin harmful to the environment?
No. It is free of CFCs and formaldehyde and is even allowed in water catchment areas.
Can the resin lift my house?
Within what the structure allows, yes. Under laser control we lift millimetre by millimetre.
When is resin not the answer?
When the bearing ground starts much deeper, or for very heavy buildings. Then we choose Magnum Push Piers, or a combination of both.
Do you need to work indoors?
Rarely: we drill at an angle under the foundation from the outside. Indoors only if needed, with small holes that we seal neatly.
Not sure which technique your home needs?
Send us a few photos of the cracks. We visit without obligation and advise the right approach.
