Magnum Push Piers
Steel push piers down to deep bearing ground, each tested.
Knowledge · Injection
A concrete driveway sinking towards the garage, a patio tilting away from the house or a garage floor that sounds hollow: often there is a void underneath or the ground has settled. With expanding resin we bring the slab back to level without breaking it out.

We drill 12 to 16 mm holes in the slab and inject an expanding resin. It first fills the voids, then compacts the ground and lifts the slab under continuous laser control. After about 15 minutes the resin has 90% of its final strength.
| Resin injection | Break out and re-pour | |
|---|---|---|
| Demolition | None, only small drill holes | Whole slab removed |
| Usable | After about 15 minutes | After weeks of curing |
| Ground | Compacted at the same time | Unchanged without extra work |
| Finish | Holes are sealed | New slab or paving |
For loose tiles or pavers laid on sand, relaying them is often simpler. Resin injection is meant for concrete slabs and floors that have to stay in one piece.
With serious damage, have a structural engineer assess the situation. Soiltek is a specialist contractor: we record, measure, propose a technique and carry out the repair, in consultation with your engineer.

Expanding resin strengthens the ground under the foundation, without digging.
Sunken concrete floors back to level.
First the cause, then the right technique.
After about 15 minutes the resin has 90% of its final strength. We agree when the driveway is free again.
The holes are 12 to 16 mm and are sealed afterwards.
Usually a few millimetres to a few centimetres, until it is level. We have already lifted floors by up to 25 cm.
