Foundation specialist since 1999
Soiltek is a Belgian specialist foundation contractor from Oostakker (Ghent). We install screw piles and ground screws for new builds and repair subsiding buildings, with our own crews and machines, across the Benelux.

What we do
We started with screw piles as an alternative to concrete foundations: no digging, no waiting and no vibrations. Today we found everything from a garden shed to a battery park, a cycle path through the treetops or a jetty in a festival lake.
We also repair foundations that subside: with Magnum Push Piers down to deep bearing ground, and with expanding resin (Deep Lift and Slab Lift) under foundations and floors. That way we choose the technique that really fits each question, instead of selling one system.
How we work
Clear about our role
We are a specialist contractor, not an engineering firm. We provide the manufacturer's product data and align the pile proposal with your structural engineer.
Our own crews and machines
We install ourselves, with our own people. Also in back gardens, tunnels and on the water, with hand-held machines or from a pontoon.
Sustainable foundations
Screw piles save 60 to 80% CO₂ compared with concrete, leave no waste and can be removed and reused.
