Magnum Push Piers
Steel push piers down to deep bearing ground, each tested.
Knowledge · Injection
Level differences at the joints, rocking slabs, a hollow sound under the forklift: a subsided floor costs money and is dangerous. With expanding resin we bring the floor back to level zone by zone, while the rest of the building keeps running.

We drill 12 mm holes in the floor every 1 to 2 m and inject an expanding polyurethane resin. Within seconds the resin expands to about 30 times its volume, fills the voids under the slab, compacts the subgrade and lifts the floor under continuous laser control. We stop as soon as the floor is level.
| Resin injection | Replacing the floor | |
|---|---|---|
| Downtime | Zone by zone, usable after ± 15 min | Weeks |
| Demolition and removal | None, only small drill holes | Full demolition |
| Racking and machines | Usually stay in place | Have to be moved |
| Subgrade | Compacted at the same time | Unchanged without extra measures |
Only the hoses come in. Disruption in the building stays minimal and your operation carries on around the zone.
With serious damage, have a structural engineer assess the situation. Soiltek is a specialist contractor: we record, measure, propose a technique and carry out the repair, in consultation with your engineer.
Steel push piers down to deep bearing ground, each tested.
Expanding resin strengthens the ground under the foundation, without digging.
Sunken concrete floors back to level.
First the cause, then the right technique.
Yes. We work zone by zone. A treated zone is usable again after about 15 minutes, because the resin then has 90% of its final strength.
Usually a few millimetres to a few centimetres. We stop as soon as the floor is level.
Hardly: the cured resin weighs about 85 kg/m³, far less than soil or concrete.
